Room was ready and clean, the lady at the reception was helpfull, but doesn't speak English, cleaning the room every day was nice and with fresh towels. Breakfast at Euro 6.00 per person was very good quality and value for money. There are 3 resturants accross the street while Hilden is a small quite town, I tried only the Pizza from TelePizza and it's a take away only.
The tv was small, and there are no English speaking channels at all, the hotel owner should consider changing that, the bed was small but ok.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The staff here are incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The location is perfect, right across from the suburban train station, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. The rooms are spacious and filled with natural light thanks to the large windows. And the breakfast, oh my goodness! The omelette served is simply delicious.
No complaints whatsoever, everything was just fine.

Very near to the train station that I need to go into town. The staffs is friendly but they cannot speak English so some difficulties in communicate.
Maybe during my stay there is a conference so the price is so high but before or after the conference the price is not much different also. So we choose the other hotel which is in town and get quite the same price which offer better facility and service.

Great value for what you get. Our cozy room was spotless, with a comfortable bed, and we appreciated the complimentary chocolates and snacks. the staff was very pleasant and attentive. the location was convenient, with easy access to transportation. We also enjoyed the well-prepared breakfast that included an omelet and a variety of options.
The lack of an elevator was an inconvenience, especially considering the steep staircase. the room was not well-insulated from external noises, which could be heard throughout the day from outside the room.

It was a nice tidy hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff and only a 10minute walk to the Hilden centre.
€100 was very expensive for a 1 Star hotel but maybe due to exhibitions that week. Only found out after 4 days that they had a bar!

The hotel's location was great, just outside the train station making it easy to get around. The breakfast had a great selection of food, including an omelette station, and was very affordable. The room was modern and had a comfortable bed.
The hotel can be quite noisy at times due to its proximity to the train station, so it may not be ideal for light sleepers. The towel storage in the bathroom was a bit unpractical as there were no hangers or holders nearby.
